We are delighted to announce that we have been selected as finalists in the Most Innovative NHS Education Provider Category of the Bright Ideas in Health Awards 2017 with our “Falls Prevention Training”.

We recently launched a training video entitled ‘out of hospital cardiac arrest, it takes a system to save a life’ at the Emergency Services Show.

Training provided by the Specialist Skills team at North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust to some of the region’s care homes has resulted in a reduction in 999 calls and A&E admissions.
