The Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid provides learners with the knowledge and practical competences required to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations. This one day Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been designed for those who have an interest in child and infant Basic Life Support, including parents, guardians and family members. This one day course can serve well as a refresher for the successful holders of the Paediatric First Aid - Level 3 Award in between renewals.
The purpose of the Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification is to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding required to provide appropriate care and manage life threatening conditions, minor illness and injuries:

On successful completion of the course candidates will receive a Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid. This is an Ofqual regulated qualification which is valid for three years.
The course will generally start at 09.00 and finish at 16.00.
Public courses open to individiual delegate bookings take place at our dedicated training centre at West Denton, Newcastle upon Tyne. We can also undertake training at your workplace or choice of venue, for privately booked courses for up to 12 delegates.
