We deliver a range of health and safety training and we can develop bespoke training. This month we focus on our Drug Overdose Training.

Our drug overdose training offers practical advice and basic lifesaving skills using participant interaction through group working activities, open debate and the development of personal practical skills.

The course covers the following:

• Recognising drugs – appearance and effects.
• Drugs paraphernalia.
• Myths and mistakes when responding to overdose situations.
• Understanding risk factors
• Drugs and the law.
• Recognising a drug overdose.
• Responding to an overdose situation for the conscious or unconscious individual.
