Reinvesting in our Ambulances and Crews

Money raised through our training at North East Ambulance Service is reinvested back into our ambulances and crews - and it has made a real difference in 2016.

In 2016 we generated enough money to provide the equivalent of:

• A fully equipped Rapid Response Vehicle;
• A Paramedic;
• An Ambulance Care Assistant;
• A Call Handler in our Operations Centre; and
• A Dispatch Officer in our Operations Centre.

This really makes a difference to North East Ambulance Service and the services we deliver across the region. A big thank you to our customers - we couldn't have achieved this without your ongoing support.
