Whether it’s at our dedicated training centre, at your place of work, or at an alternative location, we aim to provide the best training experience for all of our customers.

Our dedicated training facility

Our training facility, based in Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, is easy to get to and provides you with everything you need to ensure you get the very best from your training course.

Our facilities and our range of equipment enables us to provide you with realistic training scenarios and hands-on experience - as well as quality training from our experts.

We find that delegates are happy to travel from Northumbria (Cramlington, Morpeth, Corbridge), Durham and Chester-Le-Street, the coast (Blyth, Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, South Shields), Newcastle, Gateshead, Washington and Sunderland.  We do often see delegates from further afield too; especially form the more remote areas.  However, if you feel that it may be too far on inconvenient to travel to us we can be flexible.

For some courses, and large groups, training can take place at your place of work or at an alternative location. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

For our Trauma, Assessment and Quality courses we tend to go the delegates’ workplace to deliver the most effective training and travel with across the UK to do so.
