Video Launch at Emergency Services Show

We recently launched a training video entitled ‘out of hospital cardiac arrest, it takes a system to save a life’ at the Emergency Services Show.

The aim of the video is to demonstrate that it takes a system to save a life from cardiac arrest when the patient is not already in hospital.  From members of the public, to community responders and the emergency services, we all provide vital links in a patients chain of survival when it comes to suffering an out of hospital cardiac arrest. The video aims to walk you through these steps in real time, and wishes to focus on the importance of a team approach and a modified ‘pit-crew’ resuscitation in supporting the chain of survival.
