Delegates who successfully complete the one day Conflict Resolution Training can take this annual refresher half day course to update their skills and knowledge.
Candidates are continuously assessed by North East Ambulance Service trainers.
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a North East Ambulance Service approved Conflict Resolution certificate which is valid for three years.
The course is four hours in duration and can be delivered on your premises at timings to suit you.
Training is carried out at your place of work.
