Trauma life support training for first responders or those who are more likely to be first on the scene of an incident. Our bespoke courses are designed to recognise life threatening injuries and administer treatment. They equips learners with a higher level of medical skill meaning they can medically assist a patient until paramedics arrive and continue to assist the paramedic thereafter.
Our Immediate Emergency Care (IEC) programme provides is ideally suited to fire and rescue personnel providing them with a recognised qualification. We can offer a choice of syllabus to suit your station.
For offshore, power plants, the MOD, police and prison officers, community first responders and private companies supplying rescue personnel we can adapt training to suit, offering either the whole IEC programme or elements of to suit.
This IEC programme is the only Ofqual regulated qualification in the UK that provides delegates with a Level 3 Certificate. It is delivered by Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered operational paramedics.
This course is rated Category D on the FPHC PHEM Skills Framework.
On successful completion of this course candidates will receive a Level 3 Certificate in Immediate Emergency Care. This is an Ofqual regulated qualification which is valid for three years.
